Nelson Bros. Baking Co. is one of Clearwater Travel Plaza's fastest growing ventures. The baking company originally introduced Artisan Breads and Flavored breads to our customers. We have since created, flavored hamburger buns, brat buns, pan breads. In addition to providing Clearwater Travel Plaza with the finest breads available in the area we are now wholesaling our breads to a variety of vendors. You can find our products in restaurants and grocery stores throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. Product development is consistently on the move. One of our latest creations is our flavored pizza crusts. This creation has put us in the Take & Bake Pizza business. This is our newest venture at Clearwater Travel Plaza and continues to grow on a daily basis.
