Position: Prep Cooks
Description: Cook high-quality food demonstrating Nelson Bros. Restaurant as the Obvious Choice in food preparation and presentation. Participate in operational activities such as cooking, cleaning, stocking, rotation, prepping, and maintenance of lines to ensure productivity during shift.
