We come to Minnesota just about every summer from Texas. We always figure out a way to make it to Nelson Bros for breakfast and to pick up their baked goods. I had the spinach Alfredo omelet... EGGcellent!

So how nice are these folk? Very! Big smiles, happy to see ya, genuinely polite. Love it. Coming from my home in California this is pretty strange behavior. So they have just a whole menu full of American comfort foods. The ones we tried were delicious and well portioned. The prices were on point. Last words...a breath of fresh air.— Dave

If you are going north on I-94 turn off at Clearwater for a treat you will remember. The bakery treats are both great in size and quality. Carmel rolls are a favorite. The restaurant has wonderful homemade food. The Bloody Mary's are impressive.— Susan
